Wellness is in fact, different for each of us, but it is most definitely a component of a healthy lifestyle.
Wellness : The total and complete state of being well – in aspects of the mind, body and spirit. Existing without disease or risk for disease. Enjoying life without limitations. Includes aspects of proper and optimal nutrition, consistent daily physical exercise, and mental, emotional, social, and spiritual stability.
For me total wellness encompasses my daily dose of physical exercise, optimal nutrition (greens, oats, fruits, lean proteins, nuts), natural herbal and medicinal remedies (you can read about that here), spirituality, intimacy (our 2 year anniversary & wedding photos!), and restful sleep. And doing what I love :)
