Fun, Productive, & Relaxing!

Hey friends.

Happy new week to us!

That weekend flew right on by….but I savored every minute of it, because it was awesome with a capital A.

And just like there were 3 days in the weekend (I include Friday as part of the weekend b/c it just is!), I experienced a weekend that was fun, productive, & relaxing. Perfection if you ask me!

Fun, Productive, & Relaxing!

I taught Zumba early Friday morning,

and then worked all day. Except work was weird…I only could do some of what I needed to do because the entire system was down off & on all day. It was frustrating & annoying, but kinda nice too–I sort of got a partial day off, I guess?

I also had a doc’s appt & will share all about that tomorrow!

Jared is busy with finals, so after work I took myself to the temple (why we go!), to the library, and to get fro yo from Maverik.

Ummmmm all this was 1 buck. And it was good! So going back.

I also watched a movie (Chasing Liberty), cried during it (yahhhhh, blaming that on preg hormones), and then went to bed early –while Jared worked late into the night. Poor guy.

We slept in-yay! Then we ate breakfast together, and then got ready.

Jared drove me over to the house of the lady who hosted the baby shower.

She goes to our church, and she, my mother-in-law, and sister-in-law threw me an adorable & wonderful baby shower. (Jared left after a bit, he just wanted to see the decorations & his mom/sis).

It was SUCH a fun shower & we feel super loved.

More pics to come tomorrow!

The rest of the day was spent organizing, doing laundry, cleaning the apartment, and running errands.

And I ate leftover pizza.

Jared did more homework & projects during all that–so I was kind of on my own to get it all done, but I had a surprisingly good time doing it.

We went to church, lazed about, took naps, ate food, read, baked, and ate dinner with Jared’s parents & 2 of his siblings.

A nice mix of everything was how my weekend went, and so I feel refreshed & energized, ready to tackle this week. :)

After I teach BP/CX & work today, we’re going to the 1st of our 4 hypnobirthing classes tonight. I am definitely intrigued & excited!

Have a GREAT day! <3
