Even though I haven’t done the fitmixer Boot Camp myself (ummm, yah, I am overworked as it is), I have checked out some of the workouts & exercises from a previous Boot Camp and they’re FANTASTIC! And you really can do the workouts anywhere. Sahhhhwwweet.

Some info on the fitmixer Boot Camp

  • it lasts 8 weeks
  • you’ll get five different workouts each week—a total of 40 workouts—emailed to you

    This is the year for reflection…I have a lot going on in my mind right now….I am starting a journal for the first time too…This giveaway seems awesome….thanks for the chance!

    My little brother actually started a Fitness Challenge for my entire family to ensure people are focusing on happiness and health this coming year! I have many goals in mind and this would totally help get me going on achieving them!! My goals are:
    1. TO DO A PULL UP!!!
    2. front squat my body weight
    3. run a sub 7 minute mile
    4. go for more walks to allow myself time to reflect & be in touch with my emotions!

    I love setting specific fitness goals every year. This year mine are:
    1. To do 50 continuous “real” pushups. I am at 25 now.
    2. To do 2 unassisted pull ups
    3. Add yoga into my workouts. At least once a week.
