FIT in the New Year-fitmixer Boot Camp GIVEAWAY

Hey friends!

We had a very merry Christmas. It was super lovely! <3

I promise I will recap all of it tomorrow, and then you get to see what we got. I am SOOO excited.

As a fitmixer ambassador, I get to share fun news, products, and GIVEAWAYS on behalf of the company.

I know, right?!

FIT in the New Year

Add guess what? The fitmixer Boot Camp starts January 14, 2013! And you can do ALL of the workouts ANYWHERE (gym, living room, basement, your car, your attic, etc)!

You can register here at any time, p.s.

{so FYI: This post is part of my sponsorship with fitmixer as a brand ambassador. All thoughts and opinions expressed are my own.}

Even though I haven’t done the fitmixer Boot Camp myself (ummm, yah, I am overworked as it is), I have checked out some of the workouts & exercises from a previous Boot Camp and they’re FANTASTIC! And you really can do the workouts anywhere. Sahhhhwwweet.

So yes, the New Year is almost here, and there are no excuses. 😉

Some info on the fitmixer Boot Camp

  • it lasts 8 weeks
  • you’ll get five different workouts each week—a total of 40 workouts—emailed to you
  • all of the workouts are done without equipment and include videos on how to do each movement (-and the workouts are also customizable with various exercise & rep modifications if you’re new to exercise)
  • once the Boot Camp ends, you’ll still have access to the workouts, so you could do it all over again or just pick & choose your favorites–with videos, and modifications still included. Ummmm nice!

In addition to the Boot Camp workouts, you get tons of fitmixer products and a nutrition plan with your registration!

Here’s what you get when you register for the fitmixer Boot Camp:

  • $154.45 worth of fitmixer® product(at retail value):
  • A personalized nutrition plan created by fitmixer’s Registered Dietitian
  • 40 daily workouts created by a certified group fitness trainer
  • Eight (8) weekly webcasts lead by fitmixer’s Registered Dietitian & Fitness Expert
  • Lessons on healthy eating, healthy living, physical fitness, and mental fitness that will last you a lifetime
  • Support from fellow Boot Camp participants through and the private fitmixer® Boot Camp Facebook Group
  • Direct contact with our Registered Dietician, Fitness Expert, and fitmixer® staff (and they rock!!)
  • Access to write blogs and leave comments on the fitmixer® website

That’s a loooooottt of amazingness.

If you want more information, check out these testimonials from previous Boot Camp participants. If you have any questions, please let me know. <3
