Last Chance Survey (a bit late…)

Hey friends!

Well, here we go again…another Les Mills training starts today!

(In case ya missed it-last week was GRIT, this weekend is CXWORX).


And since we all love learning more about each other, here’s a fun survey to do just that!

{Heads up: I write most posts in the evening/late afternoon, so this is from Friday late afternoon}

Chicken salad from a tupperware. (chicken + greek yogurt + celery + apple)

I taught Zumba. It was super sweaty & fun!

“and I love you” <—to my husband (I had written something, sent it, and then added that. hence the “and”)

FitMixer Headquarters!! (I am an ambassador with them and live about 20 mins from HQ. They seriously rock!)

9. Last time you did ab work?

10 minutes ago <–practicing CXWORX!!

10. Last show you watched?

a Once Upon A Time episode.

11. Last thing you baked?

Uhhhhhh. A potato for my husband Thursday night… (is that sad that was the last thing I baked or what?!?)

12. What is the last thing you instagrammed?

Whole wheat pumpkin bread w/salted almond butter & fitmixer aminos!

To finish learning the CXWORX choreography. I have 2 more tracks to perfect. Ahhhhhh!

  1. The last chance survey is a fun one! The last thing I ate was a piece of toast with peanut butter and homemade jam, and a cup of coffee. And I did some ab work yesterday morning. :)

  2. Well, I am drinking coffee right now but last thing I ate would be a cookie last night before bed…shoot you would have to ask that!!!???

    Ab work? Thursday night….unless, carrying a vacuum up and downstairs counts as ab work?? I think I felt some tightening. 😉

  4. I just ate banana protein OIAJ for breakfast – it was a good one!
    Hope your training goes well – I did a CXWORX class when they started offering it at my old gym and it’s a good one!

  6. The last thing I ate was breakfast which was Kodiak Cakes with half of a banana, topped with peanut butter, and a little syrup! Yum!

  7. The last thing I ate was leftover mustard chicken in a salad with kale, leftover roasted potatoes, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, and a Dijon balsamic dressing.

    I put almond butter on my pumpkin bread too – it’s the best! 😀

  8. I did a CXWORX class this morning! Goodluck at training- you’ll be great, duh.

    Fun Survey! Last thing I ate was a HUGE greek salad with grilled chicken from Panera and I added a ton of olive oil… actually probably a bit too much, it was serioulsy oily. But I love the extra feta on there. I ate the whole thing and those suckers are enormous!
    I just did some ab work about 3 hours ago during lunch in our company gym. Yay for having a great gym on site! I’m spoiled for choices when it comes to gyms.. no complaints :)
