A Taste of My Synergy Stew

Hey friends!!

Did ya miss me? ;)

I literally didn’t open my computer for 3 days & it felt aaahhhmmmaazzziinnng. What a lovely break from technology.

Thanksgiving was amazing. The entire weekend was fabulous. I feel SO very blessed.

As a FitMixer Ambassador (which I love being because I totally believe in the company & its products, use them daily, and enjoy working with such awesome people), I get to write a post every month.

And this month’s is perfect because I just enjoyed a nice wonderful time with most of what makes up my synergy stew–what makes me tick, what makes me the happiest, and what makes me feel most ALIVE.

A Taste of My Synergy Stew

My husband.

My family.

Spiritual experiences, church, prayer, and personal worship.

Fitness & improving my fitness abilities.

Teaching others how to be more well, fit, and happy.

Nature.

Dancing.

Great food–meaning both colorful stuff & ‘fun’ stuff.

Quality sleep.

Work.

Reading good books & relaxation time.

Serving others-in all forms.

Stretching & foam rolling.

Now you have a taste of all the wonderful things that make up my synergy stew! A nice balance of all of these makes me one happy, healthy, and content lady.

And of course, any imbalance of these throws me off & makes me craaannnkkky.

Personally I think that is the secret of life and true happiness–finding a great balance of the stew that makes you feel ALIVE.

Now is YOUR chance to tell us what YOUR synergy stew is! Click to this post to leave a comment, for YOUR chance to win FitMixer product!

  4. Gorgeous family! I love your life “stew”. Pretty dang good balance if I do say so myself. Glad you spend time away from the computer and replaced that time with family!!

  5. Unconditional love with my family, friends who will be a part of my life forever, memories of time spent with those who are no longer with us, chocolate chip cookies, quiet time to read blogs and e-mails, and that feeling you get when you leave the gym and your energy is spent!

Love your synergy stew!!! It looks filled with all the best stuff in the world, and tasty as well :)
Happy belated Turkey Day! Ours was awesome! 2 sisters and 2 brothers and myself gathered at my oldest bro’s home in San Antonio with all their families and his in-laws and had a HUGE feast and throw down that lasted literally for 48 hours.. it was epic and painful (due to someone’s idea of having shots of strong liquids), but all in good ways. It’s pretty rad to have a family gathering and have such a blast, defnitely feel blessed that my sibs are so totally cool, lol.
My synergy stew would include my family of course, friends, faith, food, fitness, meditation, fresh air, recovery/rest, and massages! and also bubble baths, love em.
I feel my best when I’ve gotten my rest, jumped out of bed and worked out, brought a cute outfit for work, and of course a really good breakfast or post workout meal – the rest of the day just can’t go wrong after all that :)
    gotta try your fitmixer!
    hugs and more hugs xoxox
