So today, while I am away sweating my brains out (and hopefully not having my butt kicked too much), I have a quick review about & a GIVEAWAY for a sweet product.
Tropical Traditions Virgin Coconut Oil Review
Virgin Coconut Oil!!!
I totally used this stuff in a bunch of things; it’s so versatile!
- I made stir fry with it,
- I made eggs & omelletes with it,
- I added it to my protein cottage cheese messes,
- I made my husband quesadillas with it,
- I made cookies with it,
- and I even tried it in a smoothie.

The verdict? It’s very coconutty. And it’s cool how when it’s heated it melts. (Like all saturated fats, though)
