Keep Moving Forward

Hey guys! HAPPY Weekend!

We finally finished packing & moving after work yesterday, but I am headed out of town today, so I won’t get to unpack or enjoy our new mattress until late Monday night! Gah!

{But then again, I am stoked for the AIM 2 BodyPUMP training. I get to work with one of the top U.S. trainers!! <–but this is also super nerve wracking.}

Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the husband doesn’t mind living in a boxed mess…..but then again he’ll probably have it all unpacked by the time I get back. (hint, hint, hubby.)

Or not.

Ahhh well. A girl can dream. Hah.

Keep Moving Forward

So I read a great article from Oxygen Magazine–it was about being driven to success.

I really enjoyed it! Anyways, it had this fabulous quote in it:

“Success is almost totally dependent upon drive and persistence. The extra energy required to make another effort or try another approach is the secret of winning.” Denis Waitley

And this:

Everyone faces doubt at some stage in their lives. However, what separates the average performer from the highly successful one is your ability to keep moving forward.

Keep moving forward my friends.

Every worthy goal, desire, and success can be yours. Acknowledge the setback, cry a little, and then stand back up and go after what you want.

Have a GREAT weekend!

What is something YOU are aiming for right now?? How do YOU motivate yourself to drive & persist forward??

  5. I am aiming for my 1st full marathon….Jan. 20th, 2013. When it comes to my goals or desire, I stay motivated by knowing how happy and accomplished I will feel once I achieve it. I always learn and grow through my struggles in getting to the point where I have achieved; I feel I become a better me by not giving up.

  6. Oxygen improve skin conditions also. Hospitals offer this to patients that has problems with breathing so they give them some oxygen tanks which allows also for faster recovery.
