I loved this workout because I was a sweaty mess, happy, tired, and totally worked. You can choose do the entire thing just 1x through, 2x through, or 12x through.
I chose the 12x through. Naturally.
I kid, I kid.
But seriously, add even just one of the sections to your morning routine and you’ll be reaching your fitness goals in no time!

I LOVE jump squats, burpees, mountain climbers, pull ups, so many! One thing I don’t like is jumping lunges! They are one of those love hate things haha
