Hey friends! Happy last day of May! (That is totally nuts.)
Glad you all liked my weird-o combos yesterday…..oh wait, we’re all weird together! Most of you were like “um, I don’t think that looks weird.” Way to make me feel so much better about myself. Thank you 😉 I knew I could introduce you to people (in real life) as saying “my friend likes it too…..” because yep, we’re friends!
So, how are you doing? I am great! Busy, tired, happy, thankful, and sweaty.

I always love a workout that delivers it ALL, especially in a short amount of time. I created this workout so it can be done quickly, and you’ll work all the major muscle groups, including your heart. How does THAT sound?!
By the end of this workout I was a sweaty, happy mess. A great promise, much?! 😉
By the way, this is a nice way for the cardio queens to get their cardio, and the weight liftin’ lovers to get their weights in without sacrificing too much on either spectrum.
