Hi friends!
How’s the work week treating you? Mine is a little less intense than last week, but all the same, it’s been busy!
And during it all I down (all kinds of) Chobani Greek yogurt as snacks like it’s my job. NBD.

So last week at the work conference I attended I was asked to run an exercise class in the early morning. There would be no equipment provided, a smaller-ish room, and a bunch of attendees wanting a good sweat.
I seriously had to think hard about what I could deliver that would make them all verrrrry glad they woke up and came….
Well, after much thought, I decided to go with a circuit bootcamp style workout that required NO equipment and would still kick butt.
Let’s just say we were huffin’, puffin’, and drippin’ with sweat by the end. Oh, and we blasted music out over the speakers. That helped tons!
Just check this out, and you’ll see why we needed all the extra ‘fun’ and motivation we could get :
“Kick Your Booty” Boot-Camp Style Workout
{FYI: Most of us finished it in about 30-35 minutes, so we did parts of it again to finish up the hour + cool down.}
Um yah. Did you see the number next to those burpees?! Hello BURN.
One participant told me she was sore for 3 days!
And who says you need to have a gym membership or fancy equipment to get in good workouts?! Not I, my friends. Not I.
Enjoy the sweat, burn, and endorphins that come right along with this workout. I know I sure did!

This looks like a killer workout. I might have to break it out for date night with the hubby. We had plans to go to the gym but with this workout we can work up a great sweat in the comfort of our own home.

i LOVE bootcamp style workouts/classes! i miss teaching it too! this one looks like a good one… you always come up with the best workouts!

woohoo that really does sound like a KILLER workout. burpees get me every single time! Its so easy to get in a decent workout without any equipment..i definitely have some serious bootcamp style DVDs that get me pouring sweat.
I am thankful for no rain this morning so that I was able to go on a long bike ride!
I agree with you Theresa. Burpess are my nemesis. But they hurt sooo good.
I am such a big fan of short intense bootcamp workouts now! Although it’s great working out for 2 hours (like, when I’m teaching 2 classes and being PAID)- It is MUCH easier to find time for 30 minutes and get the job DONE.

Wow this workout looks AMAZING!!! and really challenging, can’t wait to try it! I have tried some home workouts like this, or routines where I don’t need anything, and I love them! But this one looks like a real winner and total madness, lol, luv it!!!

It is very challenging. But that’s why I love it! Plus, you can always stop & rest when needed and/or just do half of it. There is something for everyone
The super hard parts for me will be the jump squats, jump lunges and burpees… holy sweat ballz!!! I can feel myself getting sweaty just thinking about it! lol
