Bring On The Sunflower

Good Morning to you all!

WOW. My mind was blown last night. Loved The Hunger Games.

The books are fantastic, so make sure to read the books before seeing the movie! (I always say this–the book is almost always better than the movie because you get to use your own imagination and really look deep into the character’s souls.)

But seriously – a great time was had at the theatre! The movie is legit.

Sol Sunflower Beverage

After teaching Zumba yesterday (Linz came to it! Wahoo!) I had a really tasty breakfast… really TASTY. (And I needed something fast because I was s.t.a.r.v.i.n.g)

Thanks to the people at Sunrich, I was sent a package with Sol Sunflower Beverage inside, and my tasty, fast, and healthy breakfast was born!

{I was excited to rip into the {cute!!} box and get my hands and taste buds on that Sol Sunflower beverage!}

Sol Sunflower Beverage :

SoL Sunflower Beverage is a Vitamin-E rich nondairy beverage made from 100 percent U.S. grown sunflower kernels. Delicious on its own or in recipes, SoL is vegan, naturally free of gluten and the eight most common food allergens – including soy, dairy, eggs, peanuts and tree nuts. It’s perfect for people with food allergies/sensitivities, gluten-free diets, low carb/low sugar regimens, and other special dietary needs.
It delivers powerful cancer fighting antioxidants, vitamins and minerals that promote heart and brain health, strengthen bones and teeth, and help maintain beautiful, younger looking skin in addition to folic acid, which enhances prenatal health.
Cool, eh?
Go back to that post about all things milk, you can now add another kind! 😉
This drink was tasty alone (it just had a tad bit funky aftertaste), it was yummy with cereal dunked in, and it was awesome paired with some dark chocolate pretzels.
Thank YOU Sunrich Naturals and SunOpta, Inc for the opportunity to taste the Sol Sunflower Beverage. :) Follow them on twitter!
Has anyone tried out the “Goodbye Saddlebags” Workout from yesterday?! It is crazy fun, and you’ll see results with that and the other fit tips I gave. So if you haven’t yet, get at it!
Oh, and if you need some pick-me-up, check out this post.
Have a lovely weekend! Off to take a spin class (who am I?! 😉 ) and teach some BodyPUMP!
What is the newest kind of drink YOU tasted?? How was it?? Weekend going well?? Any fun happy news from YOU??
