I am currently on a plane…..about to do something real fun…in the mountains. Any guesses?

Okay, here is a HINT.


I saw this go around the blog world last week, and thought it’d be fun for a Friday–and you all always want to know random factoids about me….right?! 😉

A-Z of Healthy Me

A is for age: 27. Remember my birthday?! 😉

B is for breakfast today: Will be eaten on a plane today : whole wheat toast with almond butter and honey + apple + raw almonds

{pretty much “B” and “C”!}

C is for currently craving: (Written the night before) Dark chocolate and water

D is for dinner tonight: No idea–probably a green salad and some spaghetti!

E is for favorite type of exercise: Weight training or dancing (BodyPUMP or Zumba. Preferably teaching them ;))

F is for an irrational fear: Losing my husband.

G is for gross food: Avocados, McDonalds anything, and most red meat.

H is for hometown: St. Louis. Just like Linz :)

I is for something important: Family. Friends. Fitness. Good Fuel.

J is for current favorite jam: “Brighter Than The Sun” -Colbe Caillet

K is for kids: None right now. Eventually I’d love a few!!

L is for current location: On a plane. In the sky. <–watch that video. SO funny!!

M is for the most recent way you spent money: To unlock a ‘free’ flight ticket to be used for later. Wahoo!

N is for something you need: My husband. My MacBook Pro. My ipod. Teaching fitness classes. My family. My running shoes. My essential oils. My clients. But something I really “need,” as in HAVE to have soon : more time in my day. Hah.

O is for occupation: Wife. Fitness Professional. Health Coach. Fitness Coach. Personal trainer. Fitness instructor. Blogger. Professional multi-tasker. (Can you tell I like staying busy?!)

P is for pet peeve: Slow drivers. In the fast lane. SOOO annoying.

Q is for a quote:

R is for random fact about you: I broke my toe when I was doing gymnastics when I was about 9. It’s the only bone I’ve ever broken! And it hurt SO bad.

S is for favorite healthy snack: Hummus and veggies. Greek yogurt with fruit. Apple and almond butter. Dark chocolate and almond milk. I could go on and on and on….. 😉 Some more healthy snack ideas.

T is for favorite treat: FRO YO! Or a good back or foot massage from the husband. (It’s his favorite too. I promise.)

U is for something that makes you unique: I’ve lived in 5 different countries, I speak 2 languages fluently, and I am a nerd who loves learning and reading research articles….sappy love stories and chic lit. I am a complex one, I tell ya!

V is for favorite vegetable: Yikes. This is a VERY hard one. Bell peppers (any but green), carrots, cucumbers…. see more top 5 favorites 

W is for today’s workout: It’s gonna be a fun one (and very not ‘normal’ for my week) See above hint…..

X is for X-rays you’ve had: 1. For my toe. See “R” above.

Y is for yesterday’s highlight: Teaching my TWO favorite classes ever (BodyPUMP and Zumba), and having awesome appointments with clients. I love what I do :)

Z is for your time zone: Uhhh, I’m in the sky (see “L”) sooooo somewhere between CST and MST.

I guess that is me in a very small nutshell 😉

  6. Have fun skiing! My favorite treat is fro yo too! And I keep reading these and everyone’s irrational fear is losing loved ones, which I don’t think is actually irrational at all. I’m putting mine up Sunday I think, and my fear is open water…

    Craving working out right now- food wise I would like some Baked Sweet Potato Fries
    Pet Peeve- When people at the gym lift weights right in front of the dumbbell rack- like so close you can’t walk in front of them to put your weights away- Why do you need to be that close?!!!

    C – well now that you’ve mentioned it, I’m craving fro yo, haha.
    D – I went out for sushi with A Dash of Meg! I got a salmon roll, a tuna roll, and a wakame salad. 😀
    A – 22, turning 23 in May!

    N- I really need a nice nap and more time. Wouldn’t it be nice if there was enough free time in the world to curl up with a good book and a cup of tea? :)

    R- I absolutely love practicing Marital Arts!!!! I did dance for a while and am starting to get into running but I love Martial Arts!!

    S- My absolute favorite healthy snack is trail mix! You can add whatever dried fruits you have in the house with some nuts, dried cereal, even some chocolate if you should feel so inclined.
