Aw this is such a fun post! My top 5 favorite moments: when chris proposed to me, when I got accepted to a top grad school in my field, being a bridesmaid in my cousin’s wedding, placing 2nd overall in a national dance competition in NYC, and seeing the queen during the changing of the guard at buckingham palace!
Whoa-you saw the queen and changing of guard?! HOLY cool!!
Omg Ever After is one of my two favorite movies (the other is Pride and Prejudice! haha see a theme?). And what is texas sheet cake? Is it just normal sheet cake?

I love the LOTR movies too. And you didn’t list MY top 2 fave fruits- which are apple and banana!
Fave veggie? Hmm… probably squash, any variety. I don’t know if I could limit it to 5 though- I love ‘em all! And fave class to teach is a tie between spinning and Bodypump- because those are the only two I teach and I love them both!
I need to check out the book Mindless Eating!
Oh- and fave dessert of all time- ICE CREAM. Hands down. Preferably with berries or peaches.

My top 5 favourite desserts are pumpkin pie, carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, white chocolate cheesecake drizzled with chocolate sauce, raw chocolate chip cookies made with dates, and date squares!
And just to balance it out, my fave veggies are sweet potatoes, kale, broccoli, acorn squash, and brussels sprouts.
DANCE IT OUT, SPIN, and Body Flow are my fav group fitness classes!!!
