“Outside Your Comfort Zone” Workout

Hey friends!

How is your weekend going? Well, it’s about to get a whole lot better!

Seriously though, it IS.

I have designed a workout that kicked MY butt. And I LOVED it. It pushed my fitness limits, and it got me outside my comfort zone. REALLY outside of it 😉

You all know that the MAGIC happens out there right?

Out where?

OUTSIDE your comfort zone.

So hop off those ellipticals and stair climbers and stationary bikes (all of which I use and like, don’t get me wrong), and SEE the results faster with this workout.

This “outside your comfort zone” workout is designed to be done ONCE every 4 weeks. You will write down the time amount that it took you to do the workout and then do it again 4 weeks later. You will see results in/on your body, and you’ll clearly see it on your paper (time-wise)!  GUARANTEED.

So if you’ve been wanting to try BodyPUMP or CrossFit or a Bootcamp class…..here it all is rolled into one workout. You can thank me later….when the sweat has dried.

Let’s be honest here, we all have goals. Those goals might be to tone up, to shed weight, to lose body fat, to fit into a pair of jeans you love, or to simply get more fit. Whatever it is, this workout, (and working out in general) past your ‘comfortable’ stage, is where that all happens.

{Do not do this workout if you’re not allowed to do high-intense exercise or your doctor recommends you clear everything with him. Also, if you do the workout, DO the workout with correct form the entire time. Don’t sacrifice form for a better time!!}

  1. oh my gosh this workout looks AWESOME!! i can’t wait to try it!! i feel like using a barbell vs dumbbells when lunging would make a BIG difference? i used a barbell the other week and it totally kicked my butt… i guess choosing which one will determine how much you want your butt kicked! ha. today is jacob’s 3rd birthday party :) and i’m excited to have monday off!

    • It IS awesome! And YES, there is a huge difference between dumbbells and barbell–usually you can add more weight with a barbell! It rocks :)
