What a day yesterday was….boring on the work front, but exciting at the gym: At the gym I not only hopped on a spin bike to spin my life away (remember how I was ‘scared’ of bikes because of my accident?!), I completed all the pushups during the shoulders track while teaching BodyPUMP 80, on my toes (minus 4 of ’em)!! Thats 34 pushups (well 30 because 4 were on my knees)!!! Woot.
People, lifing weights makes you stronger. Being stronger makes you fitter. Being fitter makes you sexier, happier, look better, and be more confident in all areas of your life. If you don’t learn but ONE thing from me, learn that
And because we all don’t have BodyPUMP or treadmills at our fingertips, here is a workout to get the heart rate UP and the muscles toned that can be done almost anywhere. What da’ya say?!

Weights + Cardio Circuit Workout
If you don’t have dumbbells, no problem–just grab cans of food, cartons of milk, or little children 😉 Hehe.
This is a workout that is fun, challenging, and over before you know it. Plus, it’ll make you smile, sweat, get toned, and challenge your body in a new way.
