Fitness and Food Survey

Hey!!

I thought it’d be fun on a relaxing Friday (#IloveFridays!!) to do a quick survey for those of you who don’t ‘know’ me as well. At the end, in the comments section, feel free to play along! I saw something quite similar on Tina’s blog and got the idea to do it –I tweaked it just a tad.

On My Fitness Bucket List:

  • Train for and complete a Half Ironman
  • Do AIM 1 of BodyPUMP training (to become a PUMP trainer)
  • Run 1 more marathon –I want to see if I can qualify for Boston (I’d need to shave off about 27 mins)

Top Exercise Gear:

  • Black cotton/spandex shorts (wear.them.all.the.time)
  • Moving Comfort sports bras

ZUMBA, baby

Motivational Mantras:

  • You’re stronger than you think you are.
  • Mind over muscle.
  • Do it for those who can’t.
  • Don’t cheat yourself. <—I say this to my class to get ’em to go the full range when they’re tired and it usually works!
  • Squeeze your butt (or any other muscle group), or else no one else will. (Hah!) 😉
  • Give it all you’ve got. And then give some more.
  • You don’t have to get it right – you just have to get going.
