Exercise Inspirations + Thankful Thursday

So it is a special someone’s birthday today…..my lovely younger sister!!

We ran the St. George marathon together in 2009, and it is one of my favorite memories! Happy birthday to her (and that means we all get an extra piece of chocolate or piece of cake or a cookie in honor of her! πŸ˜‰ SO thanks for being born, Caroline!)

In other not-so-wordy news, I have seen some great exercise inspirations lately (and added some of my own), so here you go. Refer to this post when you’re in need of an extra boost to get out the door and into your workouts!

Thankful Thursday

  • I am thankful it is my sister’s birthday!! I LOVE birthdays. I can’t wait to shower her with messages via every possible electronic way!! (she doesn’t live near me)
  • I am grateful for my body :)
  • I am thankful for changing colors during Fall–it makes for pretty landscapes!

    Yesterday I said I was grateful for sisters that make birthdays special and I am grateful that calories don’t count on your birthday!

    whoa that visual of the fat compared to the muscle is awesome/gross/intriguing all at the same time.
