Easy Wow Factor

Happy Weekend! I so wish I could report that our boating was fabulous….but alas, we did not go because the weather turned nutso on us. Like black, scary skies, torrential rain, huge claps of thunder–the works.

Because we couldn’t boat we hung out at home and ‘chillaxed.’ We watched the A-Team too, and I think it is a fun movie! See it if you like funny action movies :)

While at home I made an easy WOW salad. It was incredible! And I really love salads<—perfect way to pack in the veggies!

It is easy, it has a major WOW factor, and it is nutritious. What more could a woman ask for?!

Lucky you, I will share with you what is in it!

Easy Wow Factor Salad

  • spinach
  • shredded carrots
  • strawberries <—I love berries, what can I say?!
  • blackberries
  • Craisins
  • almond and cashews
  • Panera Poppyseed dressing<—-ahhhhmazing.
  • dump all ingredients into a bowl and DIG in!

I am such a fan of huge salads…..so go make it and enjoy it too :) I promise it never disappoints.

    I love adding fruit and nuts to salads…CANDIED nuts add an extra crazy treatiness to it as well…

    We finished the roof on our shed just now, the boys are out getting shingles and then we are off to Earls for a Fathers day supper!! Happy weekend dear friend!

  2. Mmm your salad looks delicioso! I went to body pump at my new gym and had a great class today! Zumba was the class after body pump and there was a SUPER long line for it — looks like I need to get back into zumba now, too! :) Awesome that you do both!
