Hey, hey. Friday has arrived….and we are off to the lake for some boating in a bit. Woot.

My day so far has been “snappy”. Meaning done quickly, with force, energy and excitement. When I want something done good and quick I call it ‘snappy.’

It all started with rolling out of bed and onto the treadmill….almost literally. heh.

Workout: snappy.

and sweaty <---sorry for posting such hideous pics! I was WAY worse a bit before snapping the photo. You only get the end of it. heh.

I did

  • 25 mins of intense HIIT cardio on a treadmill (in our basement), and pretty much thought I was going to throw up by the end. It was 11 intervals (switching between jogging -5.0 mph- and sprinting-8.5/9.0 mph- every minute or so).
  • Then 20 mins of practicing the newest BodyPUMP release!! It is coming….and it is freakin’ HARD.

Breakfast making: snappy.

In the smoothie mix:

  • Greek yogurt (didn’t forget this time!)
  • frozen berries
  • huge handful of spinach
  • Raspberry kefir
  • cinnamon
  • choc protein powder
  • water + ice

the magic bullet is magic!

all gone. whew!

Prepping for the boating excursion:…..not so snappy. heh.

We will be sure to soak up some rays (if the weather cooperates!), wear tons of sunscreen, and have a ball. Don’t you worry 😉
